- Log in to your Bicom admin account
- Click on Statistics on the left side menu
- Click on Extensions under Statistics
- Enter the 4 digit extension number in the TO field and click the Magnifying glass button
- Examine search results to see how many answered calls and from which numbers
Check Answered/Unanswered Calls per Extension Print
