- Once Communicator is installed, launch the application and click the link to Create a Profile
This will launch the profile wizard. Click the continue button to start entering your account info.

Enter a name for the account.
Enter your account information. If this was not sent to you, please contact support@nwvox.com.

After entering your email and password, click on Advanced and add gold.nwvox.com as the Login Server and click Continue.
- Now you will have to enter a new password for the account. Once you entered a new password, click the OK button.
- Choose Use Softphone for the account and click Continue.
- Verify that everything is correct on the Summary page and click Done.
- You will now be back at the application launch page with the new account selected in the dropdown menu. Click Log In to start using Communicator.
