(Note: This guide applies only to Hosted Digital Fax-to-Email Service. If you have a traditional, analog fax machine, please see this article.)


Setting up fax:


  1. Fax will be set up by your NWVOX Support during your account setup.
  2. If you have questions regarding your fax setup call NWVOX Support at 1-877-208-9710


Sending Faxes:


Receiving Faxes:


  1. Inbound faxes will come to the email address registered in our system.
  2. You may also retrieve faxes by logging into your account at http://portal.nwvox.com, and clicking on the Fax Center icon once logged in.

Troubleshooting:

  1. In order to send and receive faxes, your email address has to be registered with the NWVOX system. If you are not receiving faxes at all, please call our Support department at (877) 208-9710
  2. If you are unable to send, please make sure the number you are sending to is a fax machine. You may try calling it from your desk phone or cell phone and listening to the fax tone.
  3. Make sure you are uploading a PDF document in Letter format. Other file formats and sizes may not send.
