The NWVOX sales team helps you schedule the setup of your modem after you have selected your desired speed option and signed off on all the paperwork. This whole process takes a day or two. Once you are scheduled, a technician will arrive and complete the wiring and hardware setup in your office.

Please note: The technician is there to install internet only, and is not able to install any other peripherals such as: Printers, and additional networking equipment


Troubleshooting: If you're experiencing: hung service or overly slow loading pages and other problems try the following.

Step 1. Restart the modem by unplugging the power cord, and plugging it back in. If you have a separate router, restart that as well.

Step 2. If you are using wireless, please make sure your computer is connected to your wireless network.

Step 3. If you are using a wired connection, please ensure that there is a wire coming from the wall, to the WAN port in the back of the modem, and that another wire is going from the modem to your computer.
