To listen to your voicemail from your desk phone:


  1. Dial *95 (or, press the Messages button if your phone has one)
  2. At the prompt, enter in your voicemail password
  3. Press “1” to listen to your new messages


To listen to your voicemail from an outside line, or extension:


  1. Dial *95 & your extension number or your direct phone number (no *95) 
  2. Dial * When you hear the prompt.
  3. Enter your voicemail password
  4. Press “1” to listen to your new messages
