1. To change the email address that receives sent faxes, log in to our online portal at http://portal.nwvox.com.
  2. Once logged in, click on the Edit User icon.
  3. In the page that opens up, modify the Email field with the email address that you would like to use to receive faxes.
  4. If you want to add a second recipient email for, click on the Email Templates button.
  5. Click the check mark next the email address field for Fax Message Received
