- To change the email address that receives sent faxes, log in to our online portal at http://portal.nwvox.com.
- Once logged in, click on the Edit User icon.
- In the page that opens up, modify the Email field with the email address that you would like to use to receive faxes.
- If you want to add a second recipient email for, click on the Email Templates button.
- Click the check mark next the email address field for Fax Message Received
