What will cause your account to be suspended: 

If your account is 30+ days past due it will be suspended until your bill is paid 

After billing has made collection calls/emails without response explaining when we can expect payment 

Once suspended they can not be reinstated until their account is current.

There could be a $125.00 reconnect fee
